Ended up unknowingly renting an illegally converted structure without CoO, went to court and had to move out despite loving my actual unit. Beware anyone renting the separate unit in the backyard it is only zoned for storage or commercial use

Great location and we knew all of our neighbors because it was up to us to ban together to get things fixed in the apartment building.
Cons
The front door would be broken for MONTHS allowing anyone inside. My neighbor woke up to a dehomed person sleeping in front of her apartment door. The management company refused to fix anything until we threatened them with a housing lawyer and they did not give our security deposit back.
