    Pros:
    I’ve been living here for almost 2 years and I still love the apartment. It’s very clean and always smells good
    Cons:
    Sometimes when you submit a maintenance request they respond slow and take awhile to fix the issue.

    It has a gym in the basement
    Cons:
    Smelled like smoke all the time, residents trashed the rooftop periodically, management didn’t respond to water leaking from my ceiling onto my bed as chunks of plaster fell down...after three urgent calls on three separate occasions.
    Advice to owner:
    Hire a property manager who gives a shit.
