    Landlord is the most absent, difficult man on the planet

    Pros:
    Neighborhood. Price. Storage space. Natural light.
    Cons:
    The landlord couldn't care less about the maintenance of the unit. Ceilings have been leaking for 1+ years with no attempt to fix. Cockroach infestation was left up to the tenants to deal with. Hallways and facade left dirty and littered.
