Standard new build in nice area
Former Tenant
Pros:
Had no major issues living here, it was overall a nice experience -Awesome rooftop -Great proximity to Graham L stop -Central AC / heat -Laundry in building -Coffee shops and grocery nearby
Cons:
-Room size was veryyy small, but this is pretty much expected in this area -Things would breakdown sometimes, such as laundry or random water leaks, and maintenance could be more responsive -Living off of Graham Ave is louder than nearby streets due to bus route and trucks regularly going past. Wasn't too much of a problem for me though
