Not worth the high rent

Pros:
Amenities -- elevator, doorman, central heating/air, roof access, in-unit laundry.
Convenient location.
Cons:
Rent is costly for what you get. Hot water runs out quickly, layout was odd, management was unresponsive (took many months and ignored calls to get security deposit back).

Dishwasher in unit
Clean and bug / pest free except for ants in the summer
Amazing location
Front desk protects packages and makes you feel safe
Rooftop is amazing and accessible to everyone
My unit was rent stabilize
Cons:
Management is very unresponsive, and while I was there management changed and was pretty impossible to track. They know that apartments in the area will go for a lot of money so do not respond to requests for maintenance quickly. The front desk is the only helpful entity for fixing things.
