Not a place you want to live in!!!

Pros

Rent stabilized - nothing else is good about this building

Cons

Very bad superintendent - doesn’t do what he supposed to do. You have to keep on asking him to do one small thing. Doesn’t care about maintenance of the hall. It’s dirty on the halls and in garbage area all the time. Noisy neighbors. Landlord just cares about money and doesn’t care about his tenants. Very rude and unprofessional landlord. He keeps on standing in front of the building and bulling/threatening people about payment during Covid pandemic. It’s not worth it! Be careful!

Advice to the owners

Be more humble and humane to your tenants.

The worse NY experience

Pros

The only thing I like - the layout of my apartment

Cons

Horrible landlord, harassed tenants every month for rent during pandemic. Told me so many mean things as well. Superintendent is bad as well, if you won’t tip him he won’t be repairing stuff salt all.

Advice to the owners

Stop arguing and screaming from your car standing in front of the building and talking on other tenants with superintendent. We can hear you. Be respectful and human to your tenants - after all we are paying you, treat people with dignity and respect.
