    Horrible landlord and rude tents

    Pros:
    Nothing good about this building.
    Cons:
    Everything. It all needs to be completely remodeled.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix thing in a mannerly time not when the problem is so bad that tents are threatening to call 311 on you.
