Solid apartment building

Pros:
Neighbors are friendly, live-in super is very nice, great location close to everything, great light in the units.
Cons:
Really loud if youre street facing. The radiators can get really hot in the winter. Main issue is the lack of electricity for the building i.e the power goes out constantly if you run too many appliances at once. It becomes a huge annoyance in the summer.
Advice to owner:
Update the electrical capacity in the building, do something about the ugly pipes/layers of silver paint that flake off of them.

Unresponsive management, 30+ days since moving out and we have not received communication regarding security deposit, heat pipes are way too hot (have to run AC in the winter), roach problem
