Pros:
Great building friendly neighbors.
Cons:
Busy neighborhood not good for parking.
Advice to owner:
Keep the building lobby less crowded.

Pros:
Great neighborhood, elevator building, clean. Rooms are a great size.
Cons:
No laundry room , finding parking can be insufferable but that’s nyc.
Advice to owner:
Nothing just keep renovating

It was super close to the park and the walls were thick.
Cons:
The entry way needed a good cleaning and some people smoked cigarettes in the hallways

Clean the hallways and stairwells.

Rent Stablized, nice location, fast response, nice negibors
Cons:
Old, super is here to "fix" things temporarily. Weird man on 1st floor likes to adjust his pants and smoke by the back elevator.
Advice to owner:
Check on the tenants more often, most of us won't complain since we know nothing will be done by the super and the supers are friends with that weird dude who smokes and fixes his pants outside his apart in the bavk of the building ont he first floor.

Also most fix i get are just temporary fix and with in a few months i will have the same problem
