    Great place to live

    Pros:
    The neighbors are awesome and the doormen are wonderful
    Cons:
    Electricity costs are high year round. Maybe bc of insulation issues.

    Mostly friendly and helpful staff; management responsive and good about getting fixes done quickly (e.g. elevator)
    Cons:
    Scaffolding in front of building has been there for years; seemingly zero priority on getting the work done and the scaffolding removed
