    Pros:
    Good outdoor space, great amount of space in apartment, conveniently located
    Cons:
    Outdoor space was wet and unmaintained, management was unresponsive to plumbing issues and would try to cast blame about lack of maintenance on tenants

    Recognize your role in building upkeep

    Management did not take out garbage, stole our security deposit, wouldn’t fix the front door and resulted in multiple break ins
