Great building in convenient location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Convenient to lots of subways; great reception team (good package management system that alerts you when your package arrives; wash and fold, etc.); Trader Joe’s just across the street; trash on every floor; patio access; great water pressure; central heating.
Cons:
Fitness room could be better equipped/have more equipment… but on the plus side, it was always empty when I went! Unfortunately can be loud as it’s located near the fire department, and emergency vehicles more generally can get backed up trying to cross the bridge and you have to listen to the alarm for like five minutes while people refuse to move.

Very convenient location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good subway access, right next to Target + Trader Joe's and a grocery store right at base of building. Nice new building with decent amenities including a pool
Cons:
Being right on Flatbush can make it a bit loud, being high up enough negates that quite a bit. Outdoor space was not very nice.
Advice to owner:
Improve outdoor space
