cute but has more roaches than you'd expect
Former Tenant
Pros:
Love a couple of the doormen (francisco and dariusz) and the super and building
Cons:
very cute, great gym and discrete neighborhood luxury building. pretty responsive to apartment issues but get a lot of roaches in the summer. i have seen them not only in the apartment but also the recycling rooms.
Advice to owner:
treat every room in the building

Please don't rent here. It's truly terrible.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Door staff, location
Cons:
Literally everything else. The management company, Prospect Management, only needs to be googled to understand how terrible they are. Just completely unprofessional and predatory. Just because their buildings are "nice" doesn't mean Prospect Management aren't slumlords. The super is unresponsive and unprofessional.
Advice to owner:
None. The owner is someone in all likelihood complicit with the terrible management.

Cute Place, Gets Hot
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great natural light, good amenities, doormen are really nice. Overall a great place
Cons:
The windows toward the east heat up the apartment like crazy, so cooling gets very expensive

Nice but not worth the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
The view was great. The apartment was homey. The doormen are super nice. The area has a good amount to do.
Cons:
The central AC doesn't work and the apartment gets unbearably hot. The amenities are trashy and undermaintained. Management is pretty stiff and seems bent on gouging for how little they're actually providing.
Advice to owner:
If you're going to try to charge that much, provide a better service.

Gorgeous apartments with lots of natural lighting but terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
-Super friendly awesome concierge at the front desk
- on a quiet tree lined street with plenty do in neighborhood and close to fort green park
- every unit has an outdoor space and a lot of natural light
Cons:
- work orders take forever to complete (if ever)
- dog feces/urine and cigarette butts all over our patio and management have done absolutely nothing
- heating/AC unit is very loud
- thin walls (we share wall with the gym and can hear every little noise)
- no bike storage
- wanted to move to another unit in the building given above issues however management is quoting us ridiculous prices (same price we’re paying now for much smaller apartment/patio)
Advice to owner:
The management company and superintendent are not very responsive and don’t give off the impression that they care about their tenants

Not totally worth it but just ok
Former Tenant
Pros:
Safe. Nice doormen. Nice gym and has a laundromat in the building.
Cons:
Owner doesn’t care about the tenants and is unreliable to fix heat or ac issues

If things break down it takes a long time to fix
Advice to owner:
Treat tenants like people and not sources of income.
Act fast on complaints. Please.

Great BK building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious units, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, no pest or noise problems at all, huge shared and private outdoor spaces, and the most lovely doorman - loved living here!
Cons:
Sometimes not super prompt on dealing with maintenance requests. Easier to communicate directly with the super than file through management.

A great building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Central AC, newly updated unit, tons of natural light, private balcony, nice communal outdoor space, wonderful door people, and all around great building and unit.
Cons:
Super is sometimes slow when responding to maintenance requests, can be noisy at times, and water does not always stay warm for long in the shower.
