Thoroughly enjoying this apt

Pros:
Keypad to get in, mailroom, apartments are updated, clean, and I like the courtyard and roof access. Great light coming in from the window. Easy system to navigate with landlord and building help.
Cons:
Sound can travel within the apartment pretty easily even with doors shut

Pros:
Affordable, modern-ish apartments. Overall great apartment and love the location.
Cons:
Isn't particularly clean or well maintained. When there's an issue, it takes while to get fixed. Sometimes it take a couple of tickets to get an issue addressed. There haven't been many issues so for me it's been fine, but I hope that nothing comes up that requires management. I just want to not have to deal with them.
