There was no notice given for either event. There are pregnant women, elderly being forced to walk up 12 flights of stairs. The views, neighbors, design are great, but they come with a price. Think twice about moving into this building. There is a reason turnover is so high. *** update *** The elevator was down from April to October. A new management company has taken over. They’re retroactively charging tenants an increase that previous management neglected to charge. They’re ignoring maintenance requests to upkeep common areas, gym, etc. They delist then list apartments under a new apartment #. This avoids showing price and availability history. They’ll charge you the maximum amount (watch out for ‘free’ months) while maintaining the least.
