    Recent, well maintained, good amenities, live in super
    Cons:
    More maintenance of the rooftop

    Good and kind management, they reply fast, website dashboard not always cii ok mai d’erede, better via email

    Cons:
    Poor communication from landlords/building mgmt, limited resources for mitigating theft and break ins, poor security with Zipcar sharing space in parking garage—tenants have witnessed Zipcar users loitering in the garage and Zipcar staff/contractors physically break into tenant cars due to confusion over which cars Zipcar owns vs tenants.
    Advice to owner:
    Please discontinue relationship with Zipcar to better protect tenant security
