A gem of a building

Pros:
This building is architecturally impressive. The architect and designer put in a lot of detail that is not found elsewhere. They had a great eye for design. Secondly, the way the building is managed is impeccable. It is always being cleaned, the trash is taken out frequently, very rarely almost never seen a pest... To make it short, an excellently managed building. The Landlord is reachable.
Cons:
The build's location is not my fav as far as neighborhood offerings. But there is an amazing park a block away.

Pros:
The amenities, the cleanliness, the location
Cons:
Loud neighbours, elevator is extremely slow, sometimes the laundry card system doesn't work well.
Advice to owner:
Make sure the laundry card system works - plug it into the wall instead of wifi or LTE.

Overall a good building with a few issues

Pros:
-Super was fantastic and great at fixing most problems, but only worked on the week days -appliances were pretty good and didn’t cause any issues -the roof top is a beautiful space and the other public spaces were very nice and enjoyable.
Cons:
-Central air unit stopped working in the summer because it built up too much ice and we had to go two weeks without AC -floors warped in multiple spots -bathroom ceiling showed a leak from the floor above slowly growing

Pros:
Maintenance cleans daily, super is on site. Garbage is always taken care of.
Cons:
Rooftop needs to be more furnished.
Advice to owner:
Furnish rooftop better.

Good building far-ish from trains

Pros:
Building is clean. Super is responsive and thorough. Units are large and have a good layout. Great views. Parking in building. Attendants are nice and clean.
Cons:
Elevator goes out often. Tenants have huge parties on the roof— sometimes until 4-5am. Hot water heaters are small and do not heat well in the winter. Building is far from trains and require walking in some iffy neighborhoods (especially as a female at night).
Advice to owner:
Would love to have had a Covid response (additional cleaning, cleaner available in the elevator, etc.).
