Overall OK building
Former Tenant
Pros:
- nice kitchen - high ceiling - responsive management - good location - in unit laundry and dryer
Cons:
- north facing light - dirty windows - loud AC/heating - bad neighbor who plays music all the time - near auto shop and garage which can be loud - cheap windows - no doorman - no mail rack is uncivilized - ugly/unkept common areas - rooftop could be nice but is unusable since there is no furniture - expensive for value you get
Advice to owner:
Invest more in the building and the tenants well being. Show you care
