Management is not good.

Pros

Apartment units are nice. Spacious bedrooms, lots of storage and cabinet space.

Cons

Management sucks. Elevator breaks down often with no care from management. Tenants have gotten trapped for multiple hours. Laundry machines are terrible. Washers have never been cleaned out and leaves lint on your clothes. Dryers do not try. Laundry is too expensive for machines that don’t even do the bare minimum. Gym equipment looks like it was stolen from other gyms

Spend on improving elevator, cleaning laundry machines, improving gym equipment
