A little overpriced for what you get
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Building staff onsite weekdays - Entrances on multiple sides of building - Dishwasher and modern appliances - Package room is a little disorganized, but I have never had any issues with finding a package or mail
Cons:
- Small apartment (studio) - Ventilation is bad, smell of neighbors cooking easily seeps inside other apartments. Some tenants smoked cigarettes (even though its a no-smoking building) and some of the smell would get into apartments. - Realty company unresponsive and hard to talk to - No microwave included - Laundry in building, but some tenants are irresponsible with not picking up their laundry from the dryers or leaving the washers with pet hair all over. - Thin walls so you can hear your neighbors (or their TVs, music, etc)
Advice to owner:
This is a good building, but due to the thin walls, you may have loud neighbors. Amenities that are advertised are okay, not as great as they seem when looking at photos online.

Not too bad
Former Tenant
Pros:
Close to the JMZ lines. Gym in building with no fee. Lots of natural light in my apartment! Maintenance have been responsive and come and fixed things for me as needed.
Cons:
Having a gym without amenities fees is nice although the other amenities like the pool table, grills, and furniture on the roof are unusable. Walls are thin!
Advice to owner:
Better care of common spaces

Duvi, the property manager is the worst human I've ever met
Former Tenant
Pros:
unit is comfortable
Cons:
Management is horrendous, and so many the tenants have issues with Duvi and his disrespectful/condescending communication style
Advice to owner:
Retire

Pros and Cons
Former Tenant
Pros:
Pros: Elevator, control heat/ac, non street-facing side is pretty quiet, modern finishes/appliances/bathrooms/kitchen, laundry in building, gym in building, package room, virtual doorman, hallways are vacuumed and lobbies are mopped
Cons:
Cons: the rooms are very small, management is not always responsive, the washer and dryers are sometimes broken and it’s not apparent so your money gets taken or you waste laundry detergent/fabric softener, you can smell smoke and food from others apartments in the hallway and in your apartment, the hallway can be pretty noisy at times from people coming in and out, the walls are paper thin so you can hear your neighbors including loud music and barking dogs, the carpets in the hallway are filthy with spots, and the elevator floors are always dirty

Expensive & Small
Former Tenant
Pros:
Rarely had my packages stolen. Everyone seems nice though neighbors can be loud sometimes. Close to the J train and M Train. The maintenance guys are great and the to keep the property clean.
Cons:
The building has seen more wear and tear for what it costs. Tons of amenities but they aren’t that great or well used. Machines in the laundry room are often broken.

Don’t get tricked
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great roof view of the city and new appliances
Cons:
Roof gets trashed every weekend. Furniture is broken and loud parties every night during summer time. Plane room has no pool sticks since they get broken every week. Packages stolen on a regular. Not worth it.
Advice to owner:
Do better

Pretty okay place
Former Tenant
Pros:
Have been very responsive the few times I’ve needed, affordable especially given the amenities
Cons:
Package drop off issues Room wasn’t ready when I moved in Feels kind of like a work in progress sometimes, like the courtyard space is definitely unused and the hallways/ceilings are interesting

Nice Apartment Building!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice place. Been here for couple of years now - Solid gym with free weights and several machines - Newer building so units look modern - Short walk to the J/M trains - Reasonable rent prices when compared to comparable buildings around the area
Cons:
- Either the walls are thinner than the usual or I may just have loud neighbors but noise level is sometimes unbearable - There seems to be a pest/insect problem in the building based on the management’s insistence on having exterminators spray the units on a regular basis. Fortunately my unit has not been one of the lucky ones to acquire said pests - Random people who may not be tenants throwing big parties in the roof area. As a result, amenities present in the roof area are trashed like the grills and seating
Advice to owner:
- Implement stricter security measures within the building so outsiders can’t gain access and take advantage of the building - Fix the damaged amenities so the actual tenants can enjoy them

Bushwick newest social club
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a new building, modern and nice unit finishes, 3 elevators, entire heated/ac building and close to J and M trains.
Cons:
Bad maintenance of the social area, rooftop is trashed, security issue — random people would break in the building to throw crazy parties on the rooftop because that area doesn’t require a fob.
Advice to owner:
Secure the rooftop and clean better the gym, elevators, rooftop with clean tools.

Cleanliness, quiet, friendly neighbors, good property management, no high risks or issues during lease term, we'll maintained public spaces
Cons:
No cons - maybe better package system
Advice to owner:
Keep up making tenants happy

Great place to live in, however some tenants leave amenities a mess
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lots of amenities
Cons:
Some of our packages were stolen.
Advice to owner:
Respond more to tenants’ concerns

Good but still a landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
Tons of amenities! Super new and clean! Gorgeous building. Excellent rooftop.
Cons:
They just overcharge for EVERYTHING. Very money-hungry, not that that is unusual or surprising. Wont give any contact info for the super which is extremely unhelpful in an emergency situation.
Advice to owner:
I know nothing about the owner and management tries its best but is clearly just trying to squeeze as much money out of people as possible.
