Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 387 Franklin Avenue in Brooklyn highlight its prime location, friendly neighbors, and good amenities. Positive aspects include a management portal for issue reporting, responsive staff, and a well-maintained building. However, concerns are raised about noise levels due to construction, high rent without utility coverage, and inefficient heating and cooling systems. Suggestions include improving AC units and addressing maintenance issues promptly. While some tenants disapprove of the management's responsiveness, the majority recommend the building for its overall appeal, especially for young individuals seeking a vibrant community in a convenient location.

Dependable and good amenities
Former Tenant
Pros:
Management portal to report issues was simple, responded somewhat quickly (1 week or less), elevator good condition, trash chute very useful
Cons:
Soundproofing between apartments was suboptimal (could get noisy both on the floor and from above floor), raised rent without making improvements (though not too high)
