    great, but not for the rising prices

    Pros:
    AMAZING front desk staff, great location, clean building (for the most part)
    Cons:
    dirty gym, rooftpo is neglected, rent increases exponentially without any additional benefits
    Advice to owner:
    improve the amenities if you're going to raise rent exponentially YoY

    Solid apartment for the price

    Pros:
    Nice location, easy self-parking, good sound insulation to wall mates
    Cons:
    Poor window insulation-electric bills for a studio were up to $250 in the winter even when heat was used for less than half the day. School nearby is a nice neighborhood feel, but leafblowing would start at 5a in the fall. Not the building's fault, but a consideration nonetheless.
