High rent spot
Former Tenant
Pros:
Ability to have laundry installed in unit, app communication w landlord & super means quicker back & forth than some, very limited pests if you handle your trash & compost well, 1 good coffee shop nearby
Cons:
Rent was raised 500 dollars after our 12 month lease went up, you can hear the neighbors very well, there are heating/cooling units in every room that slash the square footage of each room and make good furniture placement very difficult, no compost service, apartment designed for very tall people makes day to day life annoying.

Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location right by transit.
Cons:
Stateview Management is trash.
Advice to owner:
New appliances and thicker walls
