Pros:
The super and porter are very responsive.
Cons:
The management company does not even responds to emails. When you call to speak with rep their treatment on the phone is never understanding or kind.
Advice to owner:
Change the personality of the representative that handles the calls and emails.

Sweet Luxury in Bed-Stuy

Pros:
I love that this building has a yoga studio, game room, movie theatre and gym. Neighbors are very friendly and even thought it’s close to the train you do t hear it from the building
Cons:
I don’t like the parking situation. I have been on the waiting list for over a year and street parking can be difficult at times
