Very nice amenities -- gym, office space, package room and bike storage

Cons

Management is very lackadaisical about resolving problems -- including serious ones that affect quality of life. As I wrote this, the elevator has been broken for over a week, with no clear answer as to when it will be fixed. I didn't sign up to pay this kind of rent for a 6-floor walkup!

Get things fixed or give some compensation -- like a rebate on rent.
