Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 21 India Street in Brooklyn highlight the building's excellent amenities, responsive staff, and stunning views as major pros. However, some renters mention issues with management responsiveness, noisy HVAC systems, and occasional maintenance delays. Additionally, communication gaps with management, unexpected fees, and discrepancies in advertised amenities have been mentioned. Pros:
Excellent appliances, nice kitchen setup, innovative sofa/bed design. Excellent amenities. Gym, social areas and work area are very good and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons:
HVAC is LOUD! It took a while to get used to. The building runs warm in general. It can be 50 degrees outside and somehow become 80 degrees inside with the heat turned off. Very odd to run AC when it’s only 60 degrees outside. No towel rack in the bathroom.
