Nice apartment and overall good experience

Pros:
The features of the apartment were all new and management was responsive.
Cons:
Sometimes loud neighbors and their animals could be heard. My apartment faced Fulton, so at times it was noisy - but overall the windows were pretty soundproof.

Cons:
Heat is electric mini split, so very expensive electric bills ($300-$400) in the winter Small hot water heater for 2 bed unit—not enough for two showers without waiting
