Wonderful Place to Live
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is very clean, and any issues are addressed so fast you rarely even know if there was one to begin with. The management is great and very accommodating. It is very safe as well, I have never had one issue and I have lived in two different apartments in this building (one bed and two bed).
Cons:
I really cannot think of any cons.

Tiny and loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, big bathrooms, most units have outdoor space, parking spots
Cons:
Small, awkward 1 bedroom layout Poorly insulated balcony doors led to big electric bills in the winter Paper thin walls between units
Advice to owner:
Like they care

Well maintained building, but far from luxury
Former Tenant
Pros:
Well maintained common spaces, very responsive management. Laundry and bike room in basement.
Cons:
Super drafty, poorly insulated units - freezing from October to March due to poor construction. Split unit heat / AC does not keep up with weather. Extremely expensive utilities (gas for hot water alone can be $100+ per month, while electricity can be $300+ for a 1 bedroom). Smells from other units cooking constantly come through the vent over the stove. Missing some finishing touches in units, such as the baseboards in the kitchen and counter finishes. Elevator is extremely loud. Walls are OK, but can hear lots of noise from other units, especially in the hallways.

Nice building
Former Tenant
Pros:
It is kept clean, theres laundry, mail room, bike room and the trash is handled by the building, which is great! Not too noisy in terms of tenants or the walls. Good light, prety spacious units.
Cons:
Very expensive heat. Tenant pays all utilities and the heat is so expensive - the apartments dont seem super insulated, or perhaps its the large windows. But the heating bill can be up to $300-400 in the winter. Small things like not always having coins in the laundry room as well. Doesn't always feel the safest in terms of people getting the codes to the doors and such. Have found people hanging out in hallways who don't live in the building, which I guess could happen anywhere but still unsettling. Some things don't feel like the highest quality - in terms of cabinets and such. This may not be a big deal for some, but of course with rents higher and higher this matters. Landlord is pretty decent at getting things done quickly.
Advice to owner:
Make sure small amenities are taken care of, perhaps get some furniture for the roof to make the building feel closer to luxury.

Great outdoor spaces but.....
Former Tenant
Pros:
Every apartment has private outdoor space, no bugs/mice, gigantic bathrooms, free bike parking, reasonable car parking rates
Cons:
Paper thin walls between apartments, very poorly insulated balcony doors, heaters randomly turn off, kitchens don't have drawers, and I constantly smell my neighbors' cooking via vent over the cooktop in the kitchen
Advice to owner:
More insulation please, and cooking fans should diffuse or vent outside, not into the other apartments!

Pros:
Quiet place, great air conditioning ans trash management also the apartment has good space.
Cons:
