Honestly a great place to live

Pros:
Well-kept, friendly staff, easy trash management, no serious complaints.
Cons:
Electricity bill was very high. Some noise from the street (we lived facing Willoughby on a low floor).

Pros:
We moved in during Covid and got a great deal. We love the space!
Cons:
You have to unfortunately pay a lot to rent the amenity spaces for a private party and the gym costs money.
Advice to owner:
Unless you can get a good deal, I think it’s overpriced.
