However, persistent elevator outages are a major inconvenience, often causing long wait times. Noise levels are moderate, with occasional street and neighbor noise, and some issues with inconsiderate neighbors were noted. While rent prices and additional fees for gym and amenity use can feel high, many appreciate the building's luxury features and community feel.

    Honestly a great place to live

    Well-kept, friendly staff, easy trash management, no serious complaints.
    Cons:
    Electricity bill was very high. Some noise from the street (we lived facing Willoughby on a low floor).

    We moved in during Covid and got a great deal. We love the space!
    Cons:
    You have to unfortunately pay a lot to rent the amenity spaces for a private party and the gym costs money.
    Advice to owner:
    Unless you can get a good deal, I think it’s overpriced.
