Pros:
Lived in this building for 4 years. Very much liked it. Management is responsive about almost everything (pest control, AC/Heat issues, plumbing) Great roof space Neighbors are a normal amount of noisy. Pretty quiet block.
Cons:
Management never replaced a broken dryer in the basement. So went without in-building laundry for last year living there
