management is the worst. there are constantly pests, roaches, mice, everything. I was on the 8th floor and even then I had all the above. Management does not listen and they don’t care. Went without heat sometimes, water randomly shutting off, etc. Super always had an attitude. Avoid this place.
Advice to the owners
do better!!!!! you are the worst management team and i’ve lived in many apartments in brooklyn.

Mouse infestation since we moved in
Pros
The building itself is modern and updated
Cons
We have had a mouse issue since we moved in two years. They bring an exterminator in once people complain, but all they do is hand us traps and throw a few pieces of poison behind the stove. The building is absolutely infested.
Advice to the owners
Go through every single apartment and seal up every opening.
