It's okay I guess?
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good area/location, elevator, large dog friendly, mostly decent neighbors and an active Facebook group for tenants to communicate
Cons:
There is no way to directly contact management, maintenance requests are largely ignored, laundry room is constantly broken down and other tenants leave the machines covered in dog hair and generally bad condition, rampant package thefts
Advice to owner:
Have a way for tenants to communicate and respond in a timely manner

Basement units are prone to flooding
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice roof and gym and quiet building
Cons:
Basement units flooded whenever there was a large amount of rain. Sometimes they would flood due to problems with the sewage pump which was extra gross. Owner of the building was non-attentive and did not care about issues with the building (this was admitted to me by a former manager)
Advice to owner:
Address flooding issues in basement

great amenities, terribly quality
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building has a gym, roof access, modern appliances, and a generally clean vibe.
Cons:
the management team/super/landlord may as well be non existent. If you have any type of problem, the only way to request help via the management company is by submitting a work order through the app which doesn’t get responded to for weeks even if you say it’s urgent.
Advice to owner:
Hire a super

Annoying neighbors (some)
Former Tenant
Pros:
Everything but the annoying neighbors.
Cons:
Annoying neighbors won’t stop with sounds everyday all day just one of those crazy neighbors. Maybe she’ll move before you move in
Advice to owner:
Deal with crazy neighbors that ruin livability of building. 4b (April 14th 2022)

Not worth it.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The neighborhood is pretty great.
Cons:
We were one of the first tenants in this building when it opened in the fall of 2018 -- it was new and looked nice, so even though it was out of our price range we went for it. The company running it is pretty terrible. They lied about when it would be finished and it had no certificate of occupancy when we moved in and multiple problems including no working oven/stoves. Tenants organized to hire a lawyer and we all got multiple months rent free in a settlement. They management company continued to be hard to get in touch with and maddening to deal with our entire time living there. The elevator was also magically "broken" the day we were supposed to move out and we had to pay our movers extra. Save yourself the headache!
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive and truthful.

New management = no complaints, organized
Former Tenant
Pros:
New management as of 2021, apartment building is kept well and garbage is taken out every day. Very organized. They also MOP the floors and clean the areas. No issues so far
Cons:
If you’re in the front, I can only imagine how loud it would be with the other apartment’s blasting music in the summer - since I am in the back, it is very quiet.
Advice to owner:
Change / get new front door locks
