Good apartment, not worth the price
Former Tenant
Pros:
- close to the train - AC & heat works 90% of the time - Gym is convenient having in building - big bathrooms
Cons:
- bedrooms are small - washing machines are broken half the time - elevator down a lot of the time - walls are super thin and you can hear your neighbors very easily - some machines in the gym were broken for a couple months - extremely expensive for small space
Advice to owner:

Cons:
* Laundry in building is absurdly expensive * Management refusal to compensate when laundry is out of order and gym equipment is out of order because "it's not included in our rent" * Small apartments / shared living space * Walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors breathing
