Small apartments and pricey

Pros:
Central heating, bike room, gym, beautiful roof
Cons:
Roof lounge is incomplete and locked from tenant access. Energy grade is bad for the building meaning high energy bills. Landlord illegally withheld deposit. Did not provide itemized list of deductions at all as required by law on a specific timeline. They ghosted us. Going to take landlords to small claims.

Located in a great neighborhood, has a nice rooftop, each unit has a balcony or terrace

The elevator and laundry machines often break then management doesn’t fix them for weeks
