Central heating, bike room, gym, beautiful roof

Cons

Roof lounge is incomplete and locked from tenant access. Energy grade is bad for the building meaning high energy bills. Landlord illegally withheld deposit. Did not provide itemized list of deductions at all as required by law on a specific timeline. They ghosted us. Going to take landlords to small claims.

No, the building has been open since 2018, and when they stopped in 2020, they never restarted work. Joel and Jack are money hungry thieving pieces of shit.
