The Amberly - Decent Building

Pros:
The front desk staff is sooo friendly. The amenities are nice and the space you get in the apartment is great for NYC.
Cons:
The construction of the building is not perfect. The floors were uneven and had dips in it and you could tell they cut corners on some things. The area doesn’t have a lot around it so you have to walk to Dumbo or Downtown Brooklyn to do things. Around a lot of schools and the highway. There are only a few elevators and they are usually packed morning and after work so it can take a while to get up and down.

The one time the elevators were out was really tough. > 20 flights!
