Horrid Noises with Worse Management sketchy contract

Pros:
1. Modern

Cons:
1. Next to a mosque that does a call to pray depending on the season at 3am, 1pm, 7pm
2. Management took 5 months to fix heating in unit (not sure if fixed even now)
3. You would since a lease together with neighbor - fairly certain it's illegal but your neighbor and you share the "same room" in the contract
4. Management rarely answers calls past 3pm
5. Super will likely not respond after hours (tried 4 separate occasions)
6. Party venue next door that is so loud that you may as well be there in person
7. If you are in the studio, your internet, heating, electricity fixes must match the 1 bedroom side of the floor as all of your wires/equipment run to that side - thus no maintenance can be done without a matching schedule
Overall ever since changing management companies, service has been horrible and many tenants have been moving out
