Horrid Noises with Worse Management sketchy contract
Former Tenant
Pros:
1. Modern 2. Across from G train 3. Elevator 4. Rooftop
Cons:
1. Next to a mosque that does a call to pray depending on the season at 3am, 1pm, 7pm 2. Management took 5 months to fix heating in unit (not sure if fixed even now) 3. You would since a lease together with neighbor - fairly certain it's illegal but your neighbor and you share the "same room" in the contract 4. Management rarely answers calls past 3pm 5. Super will likely not respond after hours (tried 4 separate occasions) 6. Party venue next door that is so loud that you may as well be there in person 7. If you are in the studio, your internet, heating, electricity fixes must match the 1 bedroom side of the floor as all of your wires/equipment run to that side - thus no maintenance can be done without a matching schedule
Overall ever since changing management companies, service has been horrible and many tenants have been moving out
Advice to owner:
Have more responsible staff, separate out rooms, and deal with neighbors

Nice building, terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment itself was nice, quiet building
Cons:
Management lied about having laundry when I moved in, took them seven months to install it and didn’t give a break in rent even though the whole building had been lied to about laundry room being ready. Didn’t properly inform me that I was technically “sharing” a unit with the studio next door, just very sketchy and evasive. I hated all of my dealings with the management and would not recommend working with them.
Advice to owner:
Double and triple check every aspect before you move in, get everything in writing.

Nice if you can stand the noise m
Former Tenant
Pros:
Super is nice. Everything up-to-date. Clean. Cool layouts of apartments
Cons:
Above an event space. Gets really loud. Also building management is rude and unresponsive.
