Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 123 Melrose Street reveal a building with attractive amenities including a gym, pool, rooftop, and grocery store, combined with generally clean apartments and friendly neighbors. Many tenants praise the building's design, location, and some responsive maintenance staff. However, recurring issues include unresponsive or disorganized management, delays in repairs, incomplete or poorly maintained amenities (notably the pool and hot tubs), pest problems especially near garbage areas, and loud noise or disruptive neighbors. Additional concerns involve restrictive and costly amenity usage policies, building construction delays, and inconsistent enforcement of rules. Prospective renters should weigh the appealing features against management and upkeep challenges.

Clean, good management, amenities mostly work
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Clean - Friendly staff - Quiet for the area - Beautiful roof and high quality gym
Cons:
- Leasing staff can be unresponsive (though ultimately treats you pretty well) - Hot tubs are out of service constantly
Advice to owner:
Keep the amenities functional. Have more responsive leasing staff.

Stay Away from the Denizen!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amenities, location, view
Cons:
Noise (hardly any sound protection), need to pay to rent out amenities if you want to host (on top of 100$ a month fee), disrespectful neighbors, cockroaches in trash room, club opened outside and is noisy
Advice to owner:
Stop being greedy with the upsell rent model (+100 for washer/dryer, +100 for amenities)
