Good place, but management communication can be lacking
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newer building, gym, rooftop access, elevator, and apartments are suited up with modern appliances. Luxury feeling without a luxury high rise price tag.
Cons:
Management is very slow to respond to things non-maintenance related - sometimes flat out unresponsive.
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to your tenants. The lack of any sense of priority is noticeable.

Terrible Managment and building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Can’t think of any pros after what I went through.
Cons:
Building management would never respond, due to there being slam shut doors, I would have to wait hours to get back into the apartment. For the 8 months that I lived there, there was construction in the building every single weekday spanning from 8am-6pm where they were drilling inside of the building with jackhammers. It was so loud I couldn’t hear myself think or talk to my partner. My dogs were terrified. If we needed something done, like when our water wasn’t working or the dishwasher spewed water because it wasn’t connected properly, we had to wait a minimum of three days. Two months after moving, management tried to charge me for “loss of rent” and “excessive wear and tear”. Our apartment wasn’t even finished when we moved in. We had to bother management to finish our balcony, which they did poorly and left cracks in the flooring.
