    Pros:
    Building is in a great location, clean and has a nice esthetic.
    Cons:
    Neighbors are extremely loud and not self-aware.
    Advice to owner:
    To seriously consider issues when they are brought up by tenants. In addition, to do a better job at vetting out the tenants.

    Pros:
    Amenities are nuts here. Building staff are great. Rent stabilized. Top notch construction.
    Cons:
    Laundry room has too many broken units.
    Advice to owner:
    The laundry room needs taking care of. No excuse for having half the machines out of commission. That is really my only complaint about the place. Been here 4 years and will be here for much longer.
