    Pretty good, but def room for improvement

    Pros:
    Newer appliances Great location Central AC
    Cons:
    Not responsive over email Flooding in basement still an ongoing issue (it’s flooded with 2 inches of water right now Aug 2021) Definitely increases rent Washer dryers do break Doesn’t take care of roof Doesn’t take care of apt hallway walls (chips, plaster)

    Email responsiveness + take care of the building, and listen to your tenants!
