    Pretty Decent Building

    Pros:
    Spacious, Gas stove tops, all the amenities were great.
    Cons:
    Nosey staff, Drastic increase in rent after first term.

    Four years in this building!

    Pros:
    - maintenance is great and very responsive
    - apartments are well sized with good lighting
    - close to the Q train
    - great amenities
    Cons:
    - The hot water is sometimes not hot enough per my personal preference but no cons to living in this building
    - There was a lease break fee of three months worth of rent which we were not told about
