They're Only After Your Rent Money, They Don't Fix Anything
Former Tenant
Pros:
It's nearness to the river.
Cons:
Update as of 8:24 AM, Sunday, June 4th, 2023:
The management have not fix the leaks in the ceiling of the bathroom in the unit, also the elevator that leads to the 24 hours (that's right, the parking lot is open 24 hours, 7 days ) parking lot is just right below me - the noise is pestiferous.
The elevator has been running early in the morning non-stop.
The alarm in the parking lot and the banging noise of the elevator is too much.
These security guards has to stop playing by getting on and off on the elevator when there are no incoming or outgoing vehicles. The noise disturbance - I repeat is pestiferous. The ringing noise disturbance that accompany it is intolerable.
Update as of 10:30 A.M. January 22nd, Sunday 2023: They keep on neglecting repairs, and keep ignoring noise complaints since they allow hammering and drilling on weekends without work permits. They do not communicate about construction. The super does not do anything. Mails and packages keep on disappearing. Faulty elevators, animal fesces on the rooftop.
Former review in January 2021: Nice neighborhood.
Advice to owner:
Be a good landlord.

Beware of renting at The Kent House
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good location. Nice neighbors.
Cons:
Terrible management company. Tenants recently got letter from a lending company that’s suing CW real estate asking them not to pay rent because the landlord has defaulted on a loan and the building is facing foreclosure. On Feb 3rd, tenants got a letter from Con Ed saying that the electricity would be shut off in common areas starting in March because the owner has 200k worth of outstanding utility bills. As you can imagine, lot’s of tenants are leaving this “luxury” building.

Unacceptable owner's responsiveness!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing neighbors. Good amenities (when they work / usable)
Cons:
Harassive, Irresponsible, Unresponsive Management. Instead of fixing broken things, they will harass you and kick you out.
Rent is super overpriced. They'll trick you into thinking this is a great building, made you pay a premium for the amenities that don't usually work.
And if you are still going to rent from these guys, good luck! Because they are going to harass you even with your application.
Advice to owner:
None of us tenants are happy with your service. Worst management I have ever experienced.

With a better management company, the building would be great!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and only location
Cons:
- Gym is not usable (floor is still in concrete and no cushion).
- Elevators break all the time
- Furniture in the roof is broken and sometimes not even safe to use.
- Door to roof from the lounge has been broken since tenants have moved in.
- Management is not good
- Units are small
