Great Building/Leasing Company Eh
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building was well kept and we generally had no problems.
Cons:
Leasing company tries to keep you deposit at the end of the lease and they tried to charge us for nonexistent damages.

Don't rent from this company.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building is great for the most part. Glaston is great (the super). The amenities are fine, there could be more for what we pay.
Cons:
The owners/management are completely incompetent. When you create a service request, they will do everything in their power to either cheaply fix it, or not fix it at all. The air conditioners in this reletively new building are mostly old and inadequate. They refuse to put new ones in, which is odd. They're so cheap and rude every time you call in for something. And, its not just me. The Whats App text group is filled with similar complaints. The amenities could be more. The rooftop has old furniture that's sun damaged. The plants out front and on the roof are dead. The hallways get hot as hell in summer. And, yeah, the owners and management are just RUDE and non-responsive. I've caught them in a lie before. They are very petty and silly when it comes to little things but the elevator on the right barely works correctly. I'm only staying here because I like my patio and the neighborhood is convenient. Otherwise, I'd be gone.
Advice to owner:
Literally just be kinder. Listen to your residents. Improve community. It goes a long way! And, just don't be RUDE!

Good but with quirks
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good square footage, nice appliances, pretty quiet, good neighbors, the super is lovely.
Cons:
The ptac (heating and cooling) units are flakey and you can see areas where they cut corners in construction. I also wish the building were a bit more secure.
Advice to owner:
Do something about these PTAC units and building security.

Ok for what you pay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Glaston the super is excellent, gym and roof are great
Cons:
Management is horrible and it is very difficult to get them to respond to anything or conduct repairs
Advice to owner:
Step up your management

Great Super. Meh management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Glaston, the super, is amazing. Friendly, efficient and cares about the building and the tenants. Management doesn’t give two shits though. It’s a new building so few major problems.
Cons:
A few issues with package theft. Building security. The heater/ac in your units could be better.
Advice to owner:
Improve security to the building. Be more responsive. We pay a lot of money to live here.

Lots of theft
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great super, close the park
Cons:
Lots of theft and breakins. And management never addresses the security risks.
Advice to owner:
Get a company that cares about people’s safety and security.

Terrible management
Former Tenant
Pros:
New building, gym, laundry in unit, dog friendly, near public transportation
Cons:
Packages, items in the hallway, weights from the gym, and even stools from the lobby have been stolen from the property. Tenants have complained MULTIPLE times and filed police reports, and nothing has been done! The management simply does not care to make this a safe environment and absolutely refuses to discount rent even though last evening our package room was broken into and every single one of the packages was open / had items stolen from them. The fact that random people are able to enter our building and steal at will is incredibly concerning. I have lost money due to stolen items and fear for my health and safety that this is happening during COVID. The management is even gaslighting tenants and threatening amazing super with loss of his job because we want to review video footage of the building when the packages were stolen. What the heck? I mean, isn't this illegal? DON'T MOVE HERE!
Advice to owner:
Start caring about your tenants and their safety. You're stealing money from people who are asking for basic upgrades to our security.
