Nice building, responsive super, some issues with appliances

Pros:
Nice balcony, gym and rooftop, lots of natural light, super is pretty responsive, regularly clean halls and common spaces
Cons:
Apartments are small especially with roommates, had a ton of issues with the wall-unit AC/heaters, door handles on stairs have been broken off forever

-Clean, management has the hallways cleaned probably twice a week -Pest Control (Management is very responsive regarding major pests) -15 minute walk radius for 3 train lines -Garbage is cleaned out regularly -High Maintenance by Management

-Very thin walls -Feels like everything breaks (typical new luxury apartment)

decent amount of amenities (gym, virtual doorman, rooftop access, common room, in-building laundry (only 3 washers/3 dryers). was in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and was impressed by its spaciousness. good amount of closet space especially shared amongst roommates. stainless steel kitchen appliances. best part is that it's literally a 2 minute walk from the L train stop, 10 min from the G stop. definitely an up and coming area with good selection of restaurants

management can be unresponsive. there were many times where i had to follow up in regards to issues (e.g. dishwasher was not working, shower door needed to be fixed).

Pros:
Loved the cleanliness, the gym, a short distance to the nearest subway station and to local grocers.
Cons:
Rollie pollie and ant infestation during the warmer months. Noise around the building. Different smells within the building.
Advice to owner:
Nothing, most of my complaints were acknowledged and corrected.

Pros:
Building is new and cleaned often. Tenants respect all of the facilities and amenities. Management is kind.
Cons:
Lots of noise from traffic and surrounding business/industry by NY standards. Building isn’t as well maintained as it could be - we haven’t had a handle on our trash room door for around 3 months. Management could be more responsive on weekends and communicate better (we weren’t notified that our super left).

Great place except insanely loud trucks

Great gym. Nice vibe. Nice new design.
Cons:
There is a warehouse across the street so from like 6a-10a there is the loudest truck and object sounds I have ever heard. Like you feel that a wall has been smashed in your room loud. Idk what they can do about that, maybe double pane the windows? It was really terrible. Otherwise great place.

Pros:
The building is new and pretty nice. Management company is pretty responsive. Laundry machines work via bluetooth app. Rooftop is nice. Great water pressure
Cons:
Elevator breaks sometimes and there is only 1. They can sometimes take way too long to fix it. I feel bad for the people on the top floor.

Fix the elevator when it breaks

Overall nice apartment but lack of heat

Pros:
New amenities in units, has an elevator, gym, laundry room, and garage if you need a car or bike to park.
Cons:
In the winter, it gets very cold in the units and the heating system is the same as the ac unit and barely gets the apartment heated. I needed another heating source in my room. Also packages would always go missing here.
Advice to owner:
Find a better heat source or raise overall temperature of the building. Also better camera access for package drop off areas, so things aren’t stolen.
