Responsive, no nonsense management. I had issues with fridge and landlord replaced it immediately without issues. Never had rodent issues. The landlord negotiated on rent increase.
Extremely poorly insulated unit and my heating bill was extraordinarily high. It is occasionally loud from the park next door.
