Not worth the price

Pros:
Nice doormen and an awesome terrace
Cons:
Overpriced apartment in a poorly made building. Dryer and dishwasher are bad quality. WiFi in the coworking space is awful. The maintenance staff cannot keep up with all of the issues in the building
