Very clean, great amenities like the rooftop, modern and new apartments

Cons

Lots of street noise if you are in the outer units. some issues with tenants smoking in the building which seeps through the vents

Pros

Rooftop is great, maintenance is great, and the community of people who live here are generally respectful

Cons

The gym is very mediocre so you're really just paying a $75 amenity fee for the rooftop and the co-working spaces
