    Weird layout, money hungry landlord

    Pros:
    Beautiful building, staff, and spacious apartments
    Cons:
    Our particular apartment has a weird layout and not enough counter space in kitchen. Our landlord has unreasonable demands at lease renewals

    Amenities are great! Full size gym, pool and outdoor garden.
    Cons:
    Rooftop is lacking. No gas grill. Limits pool hours
