Unresponsive Managment and Zero Support Evenings and On Weekends

Pros:
Very tall ceilings
Cons:
Slow management response, flooding, dirty exterior, constant repairs needed, bad floors. Garbage chute and rooms overflow every weekend.
With a karaoke bar opening in the basement, there is music blasting and people screaming until 4 or 5 am that you can clearly hear in the apartments. Also, lots of large groups of drunk people outside
Advice to owner:
Get a doorman and be nicer to your tenants
