Okay building, mostly here for area

Close to subway, lots of food options, laundry in building, laundromats/grocery within walking distance, close to bus stop(s)
Cons:
The laundry room washing machines need to be cleaned more often, slow elevator, basement is only accessible during specific hours for garbage/laundry
