Pros:
Close to transportation.
Cons:
Dirty. Stinky. Runned down. Cracks all over the building. Roach infestations. Mice. No lighting. Almost no heat. Items left unfixed and so on....
Advice to owner:
Get someone who really knows how to fix a toilet or a broken pipe, the owner has no clue. Clean the building more often. Do background checks on your new tenants.
